          This would justify attention paid to behavior of medical and paramedical personnel. Ignoring these peculiar criteria might lead to conflicts or mistakes up to mal-practice.

  2. Understanding the nature of stress of work:

          The course will help to understand underlying reasons of stress. Meanwhile, clarifying the impact of stress and how might stress cause further health effects. When this isn't detected, it can cause tremendous confusion, wasted effort and missed opportunity.
